We want you to love your STILL purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll send instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
