How long does shipping take?
Orders leave us within 2–3 business days and arrive 3–5 days later, anywhere in the US. Shipping is free over $50.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions. If a piece doesn't earn its place in your home, send it back and we'll refund it in full.
Where do the pieces come from?
Small makers, chosen slowly. Every product page tells you exactly who made it and where — nothing here is anonymous.
What does “Earning Its Place” mean?
New pieces join as candidates. We live with them, listen to the people who bought them, and judge them by The Standard. Only then do they earn a permanent place in the collection.
How is everything packed?
In paper, never plastic. Gift orders ship with a plain card and no prices.
